Right in the Middle of the Alps
Our Alpenrose Holiday Home is located in the middle of the Hochzeiger ski and hiking resort.
Location in the Pitztal Valley:
To find us, drive into the valley and through Arzl and Wenns. After Wenns, follow signs in the direction of Jerzens and the Hochzeiger ski and adventure resort. The road forks off to the left from the Pitztal county road!
From the centre of Jerzens, follow the signs to Hochzeiger Resort. The road runs from Jerzens to the village of Kaitanger over about 4km or curvy road. The road forks to the LEFT at Hotel Panorama (signs are posted on the road).
In winter, we recommend proper equipment and snow chains.
Great location: only 500m to the Hochzeiger lift lower station (at the same elevation)
Arrival by Car:
From the North:
Take the Inntal Autobahn over Kufstein and Innsbruck, and get off at Imst - Pitztal
or
follow the toll-free route over Garmisch and the Fern Pass to Imst
From the East:
Take the Autobahn over Salzburg and Innsbruck, to the Inntal Autobahn, exiting at Imst - Pitztal
or
proceed via Felbertauern, St. Johann, Wörgl and the Inntal Autobahn, exiting at Imst - Pitztal
From the West:
Take the Arlberg Tunnel to the Inntal Autobahn, exiting at Imst - Pitztal
From the South:
Take the Brenner Autobahn over Innsbruck to the Inntal Autobahn, exiting at Imst - Pitztal

Arrival by Train:
Via Innsbruck or Landeck to the Imst - Pitztal Train Station.
Distance from Wenns: approx. 12 km.
There is a good bus connection to Wenns. Taxi stand at the train station.
The FREE Regiobus is available to all our guests as a convenient and comfortable connection to all points in the Pitztal Valley.
